Improving Health Literacy Through Technology In-Person
Five eligible Floyd County residents with a disability will be selected to participate in a program designed to empower people with disabilities to gain better access to healthcare! Participants will receive a FREE iPad after completing six weekly, 1-hour workshops, exploring how to use technology to take better control of their health and social support needs. Through a partnership with the NRV Disability Resource Center.
Application deadline is September 2nd.
Applications are available at www.nrvdrc.org or you can fill one out at the library.
