How to Make Comics about Your Life In-Person
An introductory workshop on personal comics for all ages and experience levels, especially for teens who love graphic novels, comics, and manga and are interested in making them themselves. This workshop will be facilitated by local graphic novelist Denali Sai Nalamalapu, author of Holler: A Graphic Memoir of Rural Resistance. The workshop will be 75 minutes with plenty of time for hands-on comic making.
